Fettucine Primavera

- 2 cups sliced zucchini
- 3/4 cup soft margarine spread (any oil content)
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucine noodles, cooked & drained
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- grated Parmesan cheese
In microwaveable dish, mix together zucchini, green pepper, onion, basil, and margarine. Microwave on high power until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomato. Toss vegetable mixture with hot fettucine. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
